Management Strategy
Since inception, the Cosmos Hotels and Resorts has been able to leverage its seasoned hotel management experiences and exceptional business performance to serve international and domestic travelers alike. Adopting a multi-brand strategy, we establish partnerships with investors to launch new hotel projects, and to invite franchise and operational management opportunities. The group currently has two primary business directions. The first is to establish star-rated hotels, which include the Taipei Garden Hotel, the Cosmos Hotel Taipei and the Grand Cosmos Resort Ruisui, Hualien. The second is to create stylized designer hotels, such as the highly reproducible Bee House, or the Cosmos Creation series with special emphasis on customization, unique local characteristics, or cultural and historical elements.
Launched by the Cosmos Hotels and Resorts , Cosmos Creation is a brand new business platform that incorporates lifestyle through the 3C concepts of culture, customization and creativity. Its two main focus areas are hotel operation and product retail channels. The goal of the product retail channels is to ‘incorporate hotel themes and promote a traveler’s lifestyle’, because a hotel offers more than services, it also offers experiences and memories, which then become creative life ideas. Cosmos Creation aims to inspire changes in the constant movement of the daily life, and offer memories that the guests can take away from their travel accommodations.
In addition, the Cosmos Design Center (CDC) uses the ‘scenario oriented’ method as the core development tool to develop its subsidiary hotels, minimize investment risks and construct communication platform.
